Ventura Village Neighborhood Association
The neighborhood of Ventura Village began work on a Comprehensive Land Use Master Plan in 1998 to guide its revitalization and development. We've worked with Ventura Village since 1999 to help shape and support their planning initiatives.
Franklin Bakery, one of the recent additions to Ventura Village.
We prepared transportation, transit oriented development (TOD), urban design, and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) guidelines for their master plan, and also performed GIS analyses and census inventories of their neighborhood.
More recently, we designed Ventura Village's website, and developed promotional literature highlighting important investments in the neighborhood.
