Our services are available to cities and counties, colleges and universities, neighborhood and community organizations, and pedestrian and bicycle goups and advocates.

We are also available for hire to other consulting firms for engagement as subcontractors.

A sample range of fees is included below, please note that these are approximations to give potential clients an idea of the costs involved in our engagement.

Bicycle Master Planning / Pedestrian Master Planning

Sample cost is for a municipality of 25,000 to 50,000 residents. Includes visioning and public engagement components.

  • Total cost: $50,000
  • Timeframe: 4 to 6 months

Please note that a plan containing both a pedestrian and bicycle component can be developed in the same timeframe for a cost of $75,000.

Small Area Planning

Sample cost is for a neighborhood or commercial corridor. Includes visioning and public engagement components.

  • Total cost: $35,000
  • Timeframe: 4 months

Traffic calming study

Sample cost is for a neighborhood. Includes public engagement components.

  • Total cost: $15,000

Visioning workshop

Public speaking / presentations
