About us
We are a people-centered, asset-based urban planning, policy and design consulting group based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Our goal is to work towards the creation of humane, interesting, and vital environments that allow our communities to grow and prosper economically, socially, artistically and ethically.
We believe that real community improvement begins with citizen-led efforts and ideas, and have worked, since our founding in 1999, to support citizen and community initiatives by providing access to the professional design services that are often necessary to bring a community's vision closer to reality.
We offer professional planning and design, public participation and communications services.
Our practice focuses on central city and first-ring communities. We respect individual communities' unique circumstances and concerns, and believe in actively working with citizens and leaders to craft responsive solutions.
