CDG presents at ITE's Midwest Regional Conference
The 2010 MWITE conference brought together more than 200 transportation professionals from eleven US states.
Community Design Group presented two technical sessions at this year's Midwest District conference of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), held June 27-29, 2010 at the historic Depot Hotel in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
CDG Director Antonio M. Rosell, P.E. presented "Walking and Biking Through Minnesota Winters: Recommendations and Best Practices for Encouraging Year-Round Non-Motorized Transportation" while CDG Project Engineer Colin Harris, P.E. led a presentation titled "Green Complete Streets: A New Concept" which provided an overview and introduction to our new initiative.
The theme for this year's conference was "Building for Tomorrow." We are pleased to have been invited to participate and contribute to this important opportunity for learning and professional growth.
