Trunk Highway 252 is a four-mile signalized highway that provides a crucial north-south connection between Interstates 94/694 and Highway 610 to the north. Community Design Group is working with the City of International Falls to develop a new Comprehensive Plan and update their Zoning Code. The new plan is the city’s first in more than a half century, and CDG is leading all aspects of plan development from interactive visioning to careful formulation of recommendations. International Falls is located on the Rainy River, which forms the border between the United States and Canada. It has the largest port of entry for international railroad traffic in the United States today, and includes significant paper industry operations.
