The 38th Street and Chicago Avenue Small Area / Corridor Framework Plan

 

The Speak Project

A collaborative, youth-produced metal sculpture installation at 3644 Chicago Avenue (just north of the Baha'i Center), it includes pieces done by young people from each of the four neighborhoods surrounding 38th Street and Chicago Avenue.

This project was conceived by Central resident and MCTC metal arts instructor Heather Doyle, and sponsored by FORECAST Public Artworks.
